She’s King Hair does NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

She's King Hair is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

By purchasing from She's King Hair LLC you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  

• You have read the product description and understand the product that you are purchasing.
• You understand and agree to our refund policy.  
• You understand that once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

If for some reason we've made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will accommodate in any way possible. Please email us at info@shesking.com

If you receive a product that is defective you may contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchases. Hair must be returned to us for determination of defects. If so we will exchange the hair or issue a refund. Notice no hair will be exchanged or refunded if it is damaged by chemicals or the use of any products. Hair must be unused and in its original packaging.
